The lost art of letter writing deserves to be revived.

If one considers this for a moment, it will be hard to remember the last time when actually someone sat down and wrote a proper letter. With the recent development in technology and all sorts of modern communication like short message service, email, Facebook, Skype and so many others that are available, in general, people prefer those that require fewer efforts.

At the same time it will be hard to deny the fact that, hand-written letters usually have a deep personal touch that is hard to get with any modern means of communication. Writing a decent page requires a lot of consideration, as it is not a good idea to make too many corrections on the piece of paper, while texting an email one can save as many drafts as he would like to. Majority of people are ready to agree up to some extent that the messages sent using latest technologies like email or SMS do not have that personal touch whereas a hand-written letter does give you a feeling of one’s heart and soul being present in it.

Nowadays it has become a must for business interaction to be fast and efficient. Time and cost saving environment can be possible only with the help of latest technologies. Though relying on conventional letters will not only take more time in writing and getting approved from seniors but at the same time it will be more costly. However, one should not forget about the personal approach and emotional attachment that can be delivered by sending an autographic letter, either in business or for personal purposes.
